“Is it possible to get foreign TV channels like German TV with this item?”

• If it was on a streaming platform then yes or through an app from the Google play store or an app allowing for tv channels but if your asking for live TV and specifically German channels then No

• The device is limited with items that can be downloaded from the play store. There is also not a web browser to download apps from the web directlt. I use "Send files to TV" which you can download on your phone and device, sometimes using "App Cloner" as well to send the apps to the shield including a web browser that can download apps. With those two apps I can download from Google play extra apps or outside the store to watch other stations that I can't download straight from the nvidia shield.
