Yep. You get 2 in the front (RGB), and one at the bottom (non-RGB). I actually swapped the bottom fan with an RGB Corsair fan for ascetics, but all three stock fans look great. Only small issue, is controlling those NZXT RGB lights. I'm ok with the stock color, but you might want to consider the NZXT fan controller if you're trying to change things up.

Only the front 3 (two lit up ones you see in the picture and the hidden duct fan below). It does not come with the rear or any of the top fans.
