• Depends what you mean by everything really. It comes with 2 case fans and that’s about it. You’ll need all the other major components.

• If your'e referring to cords, then it should have all the cords you need. If you are referring to the PC components, then you will definitely need to purchase ALL of the components to make this work. This is just a case, not an actual computer.
