The one I bought was a case ONLY, not an entire build.

No, It's just the case. In the photo's it's built to show what it can look like when you finish building it yourself.

It clearly states case, but otherwise, it only has 4 non rgb fans.

It is just a case. The first photo showing a gpu, aio cooler, etc. is just to show you what a build using this case might look like.
