I believe you can achieve this with the included fan mounting bracket since it has 120mm and 140mm mounting holes. However, this is not recommended because the fans that come with the radiator are static pressure fans meaning they are designed to “push” air through the radiator. Normal case fans are designed simply for airflow and will not be as effective.
