• Yea you can, but I reccomended using the fans it comes with and getting LED strips and light them that way. The NZXT fans pull air really well and they are quiet.

• Yes. The fans are not preinstalled anyway. You have to mount them to the radiator and plug them in. I think it comes with a fan splitter cable too.
