Will this fit in the corsair icue 4000x case? null

It should fit in any case that a 360 MM AIO fits in. I have mine in the Lian Li O11 Air MIni.

Iv seen people use the 3 fan one so im more than positive you can use the 2 fan

Yes, but I would suggest at least a 280mm or even a 360mm AIO as support much large than a 240. 240s are great for small form factor builds like mATX or even miniATX.
