Hi, on the back of your Office 365 card, there should be an activation code. Its under that weird silver stuff you scratch off ( sort of like a lottery ticket has)--that activation code will get your Office365 questions going. By questions I mean your computer will ask you some info so the program can personalize it to specifically. But that code should get you going. Hope this helps.

You should have received an product / activation code... with that you go online to activate. The seller does not activate it. Did you receive an activation card / with a number and instructions? If yes, follow directions... If not, go to the seller and ask for the product code / activation information.
