Unfortunately, no; the motherboard only supports up to 2666.

This is a custom board by HP I have wondered the same thing but I doubt you'll see much difference for e.g. 2666MHz vs 3000MHz RAM. I have this and can tell you this desktop is fast with a single 16GB stick of RAM. Gamers Nexus & Linus Tech Tips have discussed this topic view their videos if you are still curious.
