• You can also check to make sure your RTX 2080 has the latest Nvidia drivers. You can use the Nvidia Geforce Experience or check the official site.

• You should not be having an issue with any games freezing and such. Make sure all the drivers are properly updated and feel free to reach out to HP support or Best Buy Geek Squad if you need help troubleshooting.
