The Ooma device simultaneously rings both your home phones and your cell phone if you choose. Or simply ring your cell phone. There are several options depending on what your requirements are. To ring your cell phone. use either the Telo app or call forwarding without changes to your cell plan. My Telo is configured to ring at home and simultaneously on my cell using the mobile application. It forwards calls to my cell number if the Telo device is offline. The call forward can be to any number.

Sort of. You can have your home landline forwarded over to your cell phone. This is only available in the upgraded plan.

You can also port your old cell phone number to Ooma and use that as your primary landline. This is an additional fee.
