“I need to know how far away the projector needs to be (ceiling mounted) to view on the screen size of 120 inch. I can zoom in or out but without doing that what is optimum distance? And, zoom in/out affects picture quality? If yes, should zoom in or out”

You need to be 13’2” from the lens to the screen to throw a 120” screen with the UHD30. Google projector distance calculator for other calculations. Zooming in and out causes you to have to use the focus on the lens dial. However, if you are 13’2” away, you should get 120” and be able to focus the picture but that is from lens (front of projector) to wall.
