Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm having the same problem with mine. Just out of the box,tried 3 different outlets and still won't power up. I took it all apart and put it back together and tried multiple times and it just doesn't power on. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I plan to call the company tomorrow.
