“When you pull the drawer out, just curious if it “leans” onto the counter, or if the basket remains horizontal? My basket feels like it’s going to fall away from the unit and does not stay propped up. Wondering if some piece cracked off?”

The pot is not leveled on the main housing when you pull it out. We recommend to place the appliance on a stable, horizontal and even surface. For a possible fix, you may want to check if the basket is inserted correctly, check the actual air fryer/ main housing for any foreign objects or food inside which may cause obstruction.
