“How can I get an instruction manual? Main concern is my timer is not accurate at all I can set something to cook for 20 minutes and when 20 minutes is up it will still have many more minutes to go, seems like the timer is lagging maybe.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Google the manufacturer or the exact item with brand and you may be able to order one or at least review one, I guess. I have a 2 qt at work (diff brand) and used this one for a finger food party there, and the smaller one out cooked this large one. So it’s probably the item just not performing up to par.
