Thank you for contacting the Oster® Brand. We value your continued support in our product and are glad to answer your inquiry. This oven doesn’t have a feature that glides/ rolls out racks/ pans and the sliding grates do not drop down. However, the oven has 3 rack positions to accommodate a wide variety of foods. The rack can be inserted in the oven in the upper, middle or lower rack guides. The rack will fit into either of the rack guides inside of the Countertop Oven. Also, this oven has 2 pan positions. The pan can be placed on top of the rack or inserted into the guide rails below the rack. Hope this information is useful. Have a great day!
