“This is the 2nd Oster blender I have had, and it has the same problem as the 1st one. Everytime I blend, there is a greenish/grey liquid that oozes from the bottom of my pitcher....where the pitcher connects to the agitator on the stand. What is this?”

Thank you for reaching out to Oster®. We're so sorry to know that your blender is leaking. No worries, we're here to help. It is normal for the jar to leak about 10 drops per minute. If your blender is leaking more than about 10 drops per minute, check the following: 1. Is the sealing ring over the blade? 2. Is the threaded bottom cap tight enough? 3. Is the jar cracked at the bottom? 4. Is the threaded bottom cap cracked? 5. Is the sealing ring missing? 6. Is the sealing ring cracked, broken or rotting? 7. Items being blended exceeds jar capacity. Hope this helps. Have a great day!
