• You have to take the outer rubber cover off first. Then snap the plastic case inside apart at the designated places along the sides. Your phone should go right inside! Securely snap the plastic back around it and then replace the rubber outer cover. It takes a little work, but make sure the cover is snug all around!

• we did also at first.but the inner case comes apart and you wrap it up into the outer case.

• No there isn’t just put it in and if the outsides not all the way in just force it in it won’t break or tear it’s durability
