At one time sprint had had told me there was a lifetime guarantee on the otter box. I would call otter box and Best Buy. If you don’t have you receipt Best Buy can do a look up.

I haven’t opened my new one yet, but The documentation with my previous Otterbox discussesd a 1 year warranty.
