It does not cover the screen they sell a separate glass scatter screen protector

Ouch! Unfortunately, otterbox has a 1-year limited warranty. If they found their case at their fault then they will reimburse you. But if they don't find their product was at fault, then that sucks for you. Hopefully you kept the receipt as proof of purchase. Then fill out the warranty form on their website. If you can't locate your receipt, then they won't do anything. You can't provide any roof you purchased it.

Hey Seal, the otter case is a great case. See if you still have the case it came in and call the number to customer service. If you kept the original receipt and it's been less than a year you might get some compensation
