My sons have them on their phones and I can hear them just fine...they haven’t complained about not being able to hear me...so I don’t believe it’s an issue

sound quality is very good touch screen is sometimes hard sometimes it takes a couple times

No volume problems experienced while using the case. Can hear/ be heard loud and clear. Maybe ckeck your volume settings on phone

Most my calls go through my hearing aids. However, I have not had any complaints on my sound from people I have talked to.
