• Yes, I think it defiantly would. I know my boys have dropped theirs off their bikes while they were riding. They dropped them out of the bed of our truck when they were standing up in it playing around.

• Yes as I'm 6ft 4 and have dropped it many of times. It's still protected.

• I personally feel though no case is bullet proof, the Otterbox would stand a greater chance of protecting the iPod from a 6 foot drop than any competitor.
