The otter box for iPhone XR does not have integrated screen protection. You could buy a screen protector and add it.

Please try again later.Some do but mostly the black otter box and there more expensive like the one my husband just purchase but from his previous one the screen gets scratched and dull so you would have to buy a whole new otter box instead of just changing a film of screen protector on your phone that’s easier and less expensive
