Is the back of the case textured or grippy? I have a case now that's great protection and buttons, but the back of the dang thing is slippery! Thx! null

This case isn't slippery. It's a soft rubber so it has grip and has groves to help you grip it better. It's not like a hard plastic case

If this is for the Otterbox communter cases, the back is textured and has a rubber feel grip to it.

The rear of the Otterbox is "grippy" in that it is textured and has divided lines down the case. Prior to buying Otterbox for the last 10 years, large, small, case, Samsung, Apple for the kids, I did try some other cases that cost the same, and explained the same specs. However, they were not apple to apple's, and I did have a slippage problem because the case was smooth and slick.

Thus, the Otterbox, provides grip, and other mitigation ways to assist in holding, sliding and protecting our investments.

Grippy. That's one of the huge benefits of the case. It makes holding the phone far more pleasurable than holding the phone without the case. Both front and back of the phone are completely glass smooth.

I use Otter Box cases on all my phones. The phone itself has a smooth back which with my normally dry skin I find a bit slick. The Otter Box case for the Note 10plus is not as bulky as the ones for earlier Notes, and is somewhat smooth on the back but very grippy. Hope this helps

Yes. It has a grippy texture. Not too rough though. You hardly notice it in your hand but it keeps the phone from slipping.
