Does it have cut outs for power and volume buttons? null

Not "cut outs" but it has padded extrusions for easier use. A cut out would make buttom press difficult, IMHO

It has buttons not cut-outs. They work flawlessly.

The case has rised, but it's on the outside. The plastic shell that sits in does. I have an opening show. And the rubber case, has it tabs that press the buttons on the device
