“I dropped my phone taking it out of my pocket from maybe 3’ I had this case installed and the back glass shattered. Now what? If the case offers drop protection, will Otterbox pay to repair my back glass on the phone?”

Hello! We’re sorry to hear about your damaged device. Our cases are very protective, but some variables can’t be predicted. We’re happy to send a new OtterBox product under our product warranty, but we are unable to extend our warranty to the device itself, as we are not the manufacturer.
