This case fits my iPhone 13 ProMax perfectly. The case protrudes slightly around the camera area to provide some protection but there is nothing over the lenses to completely protect them from being damaged if you're not careful with your phone

It will protect it some but if something this a point hits one of the lenses directly then no. I have this for about 10 days and no issues so far. Other companies make a cover for the lenses that may work well with this case though. I hope this helps.
