• It has 4 levels of brightness so it should be more than bright enough.

• Thank you for your inquiry regarding Ottlite's Creative Curves. This lamp does not have a camera for video conferencing, however does have a light in which the brightest is 6.8 watts, 374 lumens, and 120 volts. Hope this helps. Marcy Mooney Ottlite C/S Rep
