“I started to install my microwave(I got the wall plate on) but needed surgery and can't finish the job. I have a recessed cabinet and this is a new install on new cabinets. Will the installer, install the blocks that are required underneath my cabinet?”

They can but you need to let them know before so they can send the right people with the right tools. You have to explain exactly what you think needs to be done. They will charge more as they don’t normally do anything other than reinstall and make minor adjustments like drill a new hole.
