• Honestly, not equipped to responsibly answer your question. I can tell you that I was, first, introduced to Ozium, in it's familiar little spray bottle, more than 50 years ago during a visit to a our bathroom in a luxury hotel in Geneva, Switzerland. Smelled just the same. Have to think no puppies have been lost or injured. Use it lightly.
