“I will use trim kit to install this built in. The manual says 3" space required on sides, 1" on top. Doesn't say min space behind microwave. Is 1" clearance enough in back (between micro and cabinet)? I have side/top space as required.”

The cabinet opening requirements (W x H x D) are 25 1⁄2” x 15 5⁄16” x 21”.
