“Is the exhaust vent able to be vented directly to the outside? If so is there a kit available?”

The Prestige is considered a countertop model but the booklet says there are "trim kits" available, which tells me you could install it in a cabinet. The booklet doesn't say there are vent kits, though. I didn't mention in my review and regret it, that it vents very strongly - we feel the breeze!

Place the front surface of the door 3 inches (7.6 cm) or more from the counter top edge to avoid accidental tipping of the microwave oven during normal use. For proper operation, the oven must have suffi cient air fl ow. Allow 3 inches (7.6 cm) of space on both sides of the oven and 2 inches (5 cm) of space on top of the oven. The compatible trim kits are NN-TK722S and NN-TK732S.
