• It means the child lock function was activated. To deactivate it, please Press Stop/Reset three times; the display will return to the time of the day and Child Lock will be cancelled. #C

• I found the answer within the manual. There is a Child Lock safety feature. Apparently it works on adults too. https://manualsfile.com/download/wf08yguru.html
