What happened to the 2nd lens? null

I was confused about this also. When you buy this camera, you can buy the one with the one lens: 14-42mm, f3.5-5.6, or the camera with both the 14-42mm, f3.5-5.6, and the 45-150 mm, f4.0-5.6. The latter is more money. Is this correct?
