I have owned these twice. my problem is that when someone is leaving a message, I can hear it - even if it's turned ll the way down.
If I'm with one client, I don't want them listening to the message.

Hello! With the Call screening feature, while a caller is leaving a message, you can listen to the call through the unit’s speaker. In order to turn it off, take a handset, press MENU, then press the # symbol, enter code 310 and choose the OFF option. Press SAVE and then the OFF button. This can be set for each unit.
