“I purchased this phone with 2 headsets. One of them is working fine, but the other has a problem with the volume--it's VERY low. I've been trying to increase the volume, but it's not helping. What can I do? Thank you”

Hello Pippi! Thank you for reaching out. In such situations, we advise swapping batteries between the two handsets to rule out any power issues. If the same occurs, try performing a soft reset by pressing at the same time on the faulty handset these buttons for 5 seconds until you hear a beep: 2, 5, 8, 0. Afterwards, please remove the batteries and insert back in. Hope this information is helpful! -C
