I have new batteries in my cordless Panasonic handheld unit. The unit will not hold correct date and time. I reset; it changes to time around 7 hours in the future! Could the phone itself be too old and should I replace it? null

I have MagicJack internet phone service. My phone changes to Eastern Standard Time and I am Pacific. It has nothing to do with the phone. You need to call your phone service. MagicJack says they cannot change it (in my case).

Hi! Please press MENU # 226 on the handset > go to MANUAL > press SAVE. After that, please set your time and date again. -M
