- Answer This is a cordless phone. Panasonic will sell you an additional handset and charger online. It'll run you in the ballpark of $100 but if you think it's worth it, go for it.

- Answer It does come with a standard phone cable I plugget from phone base to Verizon wall receptacle I don't know what Xfinity' router is if the opening accepts standard clip on the cable I imagine it would work with what you have
