A:AnswerHi! Definitely. If you wish to use just the voicemail, you can leave the answering machine off. There is a button called ANSWER ON/OFF on the base that you can turn off. -A
A:AnswerHi, Chris! The handsets do not have an indicator for voicemail, however a notification will be displayed. For the answering machine, the message indicator will flash on the base. -M
A:AnswerHello! The KX-TGD832W does not have a do not disturb function. It has silent mode, which will allow you to mute the ringer for a specific amount of time, but people will still be able to call you, the phone will just not ring for the incoming calls. - S
A:AnswerHello! We assume you are referring to the automated call block feature. To turn it off, go to MENU #787 on any handset, select "Unblock," and press "SAVE." -M
A:AnswerTo assist you more effectively, we need additional details. When the phone rings, do you see a number displayed on the screen? Also, does it have the same ringtone as regular calls? If not, it's possible that an alarm has been set unintentionally. You can check for any set alarms by pressing MENU followed by #720. -M
A:AnswerWe would need more information in order to have a better understanding of your inquiry. If you’re open to discussing it further, please contact Support Team via Live Chat on the Panasonic Website, Contact Us option, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST. -C
A:AnswerHello, Bob! The handsets that come with the phone are already registered with the system. However, if you want to register new handsets to this phone system, this can be done by pressing MENU on the handset, then press symbol # and enter code 130. On the base unit, press and hold [LOCATOR] for about 5 second and when prompted, you need to press OK on the handset and then wait until a long beep sounds. Also, you can expand your phone system by registering optional handsets (6 max.) to a single base unit. -C
A:AnswerThank you for your question! Kindly be informed that the range from the base to the handsets is not exact, as it mainly depends on the environment in which you are using the product. -M
