A:AnswerHello there! Thank you for your interest in our telephone system. As the phone system was not tested with this service, only with a landline connection, we encourage you to check directly with the telephone service provider for information. Please note that if you encounter issues with the sound or related to Caller ID services when using VoIP, the phone may require a DSL/ADSL filter to be installed on the line by your telephone service provider. Hope this helps! -C

A:AnswerHello Pippi! Thank you for reaching out. In such situations, we advise swapping batteries between the two handsets to rule out any power issues. If the same occurs, try performing a soft reset by pressing at the same time on the faulty handset these buttons for 5 seconds until you hear a beep: 2, 5, 8, 0. Afterwards, please remove the batteries and insert back in. Hope this information is helpful! -C
A:AnswerHey Trigger! Thank you for your question. When new messages have been recorded, “New message” is displayed on the handsets. Please note that the "Audible message alert" feature allows the base unit to beep to inform you of a new message arrival when new messages are recorded. The base unit beeps 2 times every minute until you listen to the messages if the “Base unit beep” setting is turned on. However, this feature is not available for handsets. Hope this information is helpful! -C
A:AnswerHi Julie! Thank you for reaching out. Single phone numbers and ranges of numbers can be stored in the call block list of up to 1,000 items in total. Hope this helps! -C
