The KX-TGD832W phone system has a simple Call block feature to which you can add numbers you want blocked over time, as well as a Automated Call Block feature which is turned off by default. If the same occurs, try performing a soft reset by pressing at the same time on the faulty handset these buttons for 5 seconds until you hear a beep: 2, 5, 8, 0.
