- Answer Hi! No, models without Bluetooth are not compatible with hearing aids, as they cannot connect to them. Only models that have Bluetooth installed can work with hearing aids(all our models that have Bluetooth basically). -A

- Answer This is a cordless phone. Panasonic will sell you an additional handset and charger online. It'll run you in the ballpark of $100 but if you think it's worth it, go for it.

- Answer It does come with a standard phone cable I plugget from phone base to Verizon wall receptacle I don't know what Xfinity' router is if the opening accepts standard clip on the cable I imagine it would work with what you have
