Q: QuestionHow hard is it to unblock a number if you accidentally push the call block button? Also, if you accidentally press the call block button after you have answered (such as while talking to someone) will it block their number?

Q: QuestionI read your answer to another customer about connecting their phone directly to their router. I have Fios, the telephone cable plug is totally different than the connections on the back of the router, so how is this possible?

• A:Answer Hi Susan! You will need to discuss with your provider to check if your router has a port for a phone cable as well, and then you can connect a telephone cable between the router and the back of the phone, not an internet cable but a telephone one. -A
