QuestionMy old Panasonic cordless phone came with 500mah Panasonic batteries. This came with 300mah batteries I've never heard of. Old phone got like a week of standby. This one I'm lucky to get 3 days standby (Eco mode, not using Bluetooth). Is this normal?

- Answer Hi! This is a system on its own, therefore it cannot be paired to another system. You can connect either a landline telephone cable at the back of the base or use your modem. You can also pair your cellphone via Bluetooth and use it without a landline. -A

QuestionCan you turn the ringer off on the main phone with the answering machine? We have a Panasonic now where you cannot turn the ringer off on the phone or base and it is terrible when on meetings.

- Answer Hi! Sorry to hear about the troubles. Yes, for this model you can turn off the ringer, both on the base and the handsets. If you do not have a technical issue with the phone, you can try turning the ringer off by pressing and holding 0 or go to ringer settings and turn it off! -A

- Answer Hi James, thank you for your question! We recommend using the batteries HHR-4DPA, they are tested with our phones and work amazing. The batteries will last in continuous use 10 hours max., and not in use (standby) 5 days max. -A
