- Answer if You link Your cell phone to these phone it will let You import every phone number I did it with 58 names and numbers sill how panasonic doesn't know this !!!! Saved me hours.

QuestionCan I send an incoming call to Voice Mail if I don't feel like answering? That is standard functionality on mobile phones. I know I can block the caller or prompt them to state their name, but I don't want any of that. Just send it right to VM.

- Answer Hello. Yes, the display will light up when the handset is picked up and it will show the name of the caller. Also, when a new message comes in, the message indicator on the base unit will flash. Hope this helps! -C

- Answer Hello! The difference between them is the number of handsets. Also, KX-TGD863 comes with 3 handsets, meanwhile, KX-TGD862 comes with 2 handsets. -C
