I am having trouble changing the amount of rings from 1 to 3 before the answering machine picks up the call. I have tried several times with same result. I have followed the directions explicitly and am still unable to set my phone to 3 rings. null

I never changed my ring amount. It sounded to hard

Arrow up or down to highlite rings
Hit the right side - button to save.

Hi! To adjust the ring count for the answering machine, follow these steps: Press MENU, then #211. Select your desired ring count and press SAVE. If this doesn't change the ring count, it could be due to your phone company's voicemail service. Our instructions are specifically for the answering machine. To adjust the ring count for voicemail, please contact your phone company for assistance. -M
