Yes, it includes the area code. If you chose to redial using a caller ID, you may have to add the 1 in front of the number.

Thank you for commenting. Pressing the redial button will show you a list of the last 5 numbers dialed and you would need to select the desired entry and choose which number you want to call. We recommend you to put the area code.
