“Can a cell phone connect via any extension or does to only connect via the base station? In other words does the cell phone need to be in the same room as the base station or can it be farther away but near an extension?”

• Your Cellphones are linked to the Base Unit. The maximum distance is 1000 ft line of sight; however, it can be shortened when there are obstacles such as walls, etc.
