A:AnswerSingle phone numbers and ranges of numbers can be stored in the call block list up to 1000 items in total.
In order to determine how many phone numbers you have blocked, press the CAL BLOCK button and and select block a single number/ block range of numbers, then you can see the amount of numbers you have blocked and you can erase them if you want.

A:AnswerThis depends upon your service provider. If you have a land line, it will work when the power is out. If your phone is not a land line (i.e. Comcast/Xfinity) it will not work unless you have a modem to which you've added an internal battery backup per your provider's instructions. I see Comcast/Xfinity actually states in their ads that there is no phone service if there is a power outage. Short answer - check with your service provider.
