• Yes, comes with a wall bracket. I didn't choose to wall mount my base.

• Yes, I believe it can. There are a lot of attachments in the box that I did not use. Perhaps they are for wall mounting. However, if you can mount it on the wall the phone will not stay in cradle to charge..
